Ingredients
1 lb fresh or frozen green beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk or cream alternative
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup crispy fried onions
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Blanch fresh green beans or drain canned beans.
3. Mix beans with cream soup, milk, and seasonings.
4. Transfer mixture to casserole dish and bake 25 minutes.
5. Top with crispy onions and bake 10 minutes more.
6. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use fresh green beans for best texture.
Add mushroom slices for extra depth.
