Ingredients
1 lb boneless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into chunks
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Trim and cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
2. Whisk marinade ingredients and coat chicken.
3. Marinate for 15–30 minutes.
4. Preheat grill pan to medium-high heat.
5. Grill chicken bites for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
6. In a skillet, sauté minced garlic in olive oil.
7. Pour in cream, add Parmesan, and simmer until thickened.
8. Toss grilled chicken bites in creamy garlic sauce.
9. Rest for 5 minutes and serve hot.
Notes
You can substitute chicken thighs with chicken breasts.
Adjust garlic to your taste preference.
