Ingredients
2 chicken thighs or breasts
2 cups broccoli florets
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (for sauce)
Instructions
1. Marinate chicken with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high.
3. Grill chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through (165°F).
4. Steam or sauté broccoli until tender.
5. Whisk Greek yogurt with garlic and lemon juice to make the sauce.
6. Assemble bowls: slice chicken, add broccoli, drizzle with creamy garlic sauce.
