Description

These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs will blow your mind! Juicy ground beef, melty cheese, and garlicky butter are wrapped in golden biscuit dough for the ultimate comfort food. Perfect for an easy dinner, game day appetizer, or family favorite treat.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground beef

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

12 refrigerated biscuit dough rounds

3 tbsp melted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook ground beef until browned. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Flatten each biscuit dough round and spoon a bit of beef and shredded cheese in the center.

4. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.

5. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.

6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese.

7. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the warm cheeseburger bombs and sprinkle with parsley.

8. Serve hot with dipping sauces like ranch, ketchup, or garlic aioli.

Notes

You can use ground turkey instead of beef for a leaner version.

For extra flavor, add caramelized onions or crispy bacon inside the bombs.

Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the air fryer for the crispiest results.
