Description
A refreshing, creamy, and dairy-free iced green tea matcha latte made with oat milk. Perfect for any season!
Ingredients
1 tsp matcha powder
2 tbsp hot (not boiling) water
3/4 cup cold oat milk
1–2 tsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
Ice cubes
Instructions
1. Sift matcha powder into a bowl to remove lumps.
2. Add hot water and whisk in a W motion until frothy.
3. Fill a glass with ice and pour in oat milk.
4. Top with matcha mixture and stir gently.
5. Sweeten to taste and enjoy immediately.
Notes
You can make this drink hot by skipping the ice and warming the oat milk.
Store leftover matcha base in the fridge for up to 2 days.
For extra flavor, add vanilla extract or a pinch of cinnamon.
