A creamy, refreshing, and energizing Iced Matcha Latte made in just 5 minutes. Perfect for a healthy morning boost or afternoon pick-me-up!
Ingredients
1–2 tsp matcha powder
2–3 tbsp hot water (175°F/80°C)
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1–2 tsp honey, maple syrup, or agave (optional)
Ice cubes
Instructions
1. Sift the matcha powder into a small bowl.
2. Add hot water and whisk until frothy and smooth.
3. Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in the milk.
4. Slowly add the whisked matcha over the milk.
5. Stir gently, sweeten to taste, and serve immediately.
Notes
For a vanilla twist, add ½ tsp vanilla extract.
Use oat milk or coconut milk for a creamier latte.
Prep matcha concentrate ahead and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
