A creamy, cozy Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte inspired by Starbucks—made at home in minutes with real pumpkin puree and warm autumn spices.
Ingredients
2 tbsp pumpkin puree
2 tbsp maple syrup or brown sugar
1/2 cup milk (any kind)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup espresso or strong brewed coffee, cooled
Ice cubes
Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
1. Brew espresso or strong coffee and let it cool.
2. Make pumpkin spice syrup by heating pumpkin puree, milk, spice, and sweetener.
3. Pour espresso, pumpkin syrup, and milk into a glass with ice.
4. Stir well and top with whipped cream and extra spice.
