- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 1 package cake mix (your choice of yellow or white)
- 2 cans strawberry pie filling (21 ounces each)
- 8 oz cream cheese (sliced thin)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a 9×13 baking dish by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray.
- Melt 1/2 cup of butter in a medium bowl.
- Mix the cake mix into the melted butter until crumbly.
- Pour both cans of strawberry pie filling into the baking dish.
- Add thin slices of cream cheese evenly over the strawberry filling.
- Top with the crumbly cake mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
