Description

Delicious Keto Garlic Butter Meatballs made with ground beef or turkey, packed with flavor, and easy to prepare.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef (or ground turkey)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix in a large bowl the ground beef (or turkey), Parmesan cheese, almond flour, minced garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Prepare the garlic butter by melting the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Add the cooked meatballs to the skillet and sauté for a few minutes until coated in garlic butter.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Can be served over zoodles, with cauliflower rice, or in lettuce wraps. Great as snacks or party bites.
