Delicious Keto Garlic Butter Meatballs made with ground beef or turkey, packed with flavor, and easy to prepare.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef (or ground turkey)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix in a large bowl the ground beef (or turkey), Parmesan cheese, almond flour, minced garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Prepare the garlic butter by melting the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the cooked meatballs to the skillet and sauté for a few minutes until coated in garlic butter.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Can be served over zoodles, with cauliflower rice, or in lettuce wraps. Great as snacks or party bites.
