  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil: Begin by heating 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Sauté garlic and ginger: Once the oil is hot, add 3 cloves of minced garlic and 1 tablespoon of grated ginger. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
