Ingredients
- Tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- Heavy cream
- Butter
- Parmesan cheese
- Cajun seasoning
- Garlic (minced)

- Bell peppers (sliced)

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions, usually about 3-5 minutes, drain and set aside.
- Sauté the butter in a large skillet over medium heat, then add chopped onions and sliced bell peppers; cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Make the sauce by pouring in heavy cream, adding Cajun seasoning and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.
- Combine with the drained cooked tortellini, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Add your choice of protein and heat through for 3-5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
