- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- Salt, to taste

- Optional proteins (like chicken or shrimp)
- Optional veggies (like bell peppers or spinach)
Instructions
- Cook the cheese tortellini in boiling water according to package instructions, about 3-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese and Cajun seasoning, stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
- Combine the cooked tortellini with the sauce and mix in any proteins or veggies you desire.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm garnished with extra Parmesan and Cajun seasoning if desired.
Notes
For a lighter sauce, replace some of the heavy cream with milk. Adjust Cajun seasoning according to spice preference.
