  • 1/2 cup low carb BBQ sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Rub the marinade all over the chicken thighs.
  4. Place the chicken in a baking dish and brush the BBQ sauce over the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
