Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 large lettuce leaves (or low carb tortillas)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, avocado, or ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Sauté the garlic: Start by heating a skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil to the skillet and, once it’s warm, add the minced garlic. Sauté it until fragrant, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Add the chicken: Next, add the cooked shredded chicken to the skillet. Season it with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well and continue to cook until heated through, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Melt the cheese: Remove the skillet from heat. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chicken and garlic, stirring until melted and creamy.
  4. Prepare the wraps: Lay lettuce leaves or low carb tortillas flat. Spoon the cheesy chicken mixture onto each wrap.
  5. Add toppings: Feel free to add optional toppings like diced tomatoes, avocado, or ranch dressing.
  6. Wrap and serve: Carefully wrap the lettuce leaves or tortillas around the mixture. Serve immediately while warm.
