- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 4 large lettuce leaves (or low carb tortillas)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, avocado, or ranch dressing
Instructions
- Sauté the garlic: Start by heating a skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil to the skillet and, once it’s warm, add the minced garlic. Sauté it until fragrant, about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add the chicken: Next, add the cooked shredded chicken to the skillet. Season it with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well and continue to cook until heated through, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Melt the cheese: Remove the skillet from heat. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chicken and garlic, stirring until melted and creamy.
- Prepare the wraps: Lay lettuce leaves or low carb tortillas flat. Spoon the cheesy chicken mixture onto each wrap.
- Add toppings: Feel free to add optional toppings like diced tomatoes, avocado, or ranch dressing.
- Wrap and serve: Carefully wrap the lettuce leaves or tortillas around the mixture. Serve immediately while warm.
Notes
Store leftovers tightly wrapped in plastic wrap or an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
