Ingredients
1 ½ cups crushed vanilla wafers
¼ cup melted butter
2 tablespoons sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup sugar
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup whipped topping
Whipped cream, banana slices, and crushed wafers for garnish
Instructions
1. Combine crushed wafers, melted butter, and sugar; press into muffin liners.
2. Chill crusts for 10 minutes.
3. Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
4. Add mashed bananas and vanilla; fold in whipped topping.
5. Spoon filling onto crusts and smooth tops.
6. Chill at least 2 hours or overnight.
7. Top with whipped cream, banana slices, and crushed wafers before serving.
Notes
Use ripe but firm bananas for the best flavor.
