- 1 box brownie mix
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions.
- Pour a small amount of brownie batter into each muffin cup, filling them about 1/3 full.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes until set but still soft.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then mix in the sugar, vanilla, eggs, and sour cream.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the brownie base.
- Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Cool in the muffin tin for 10-15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Top with chocolate chips if desired.
