Description

Deliciously crispy mozzarella cheese sticks, perfect for snacking at home or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz Mozzarella cheese sticks
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the mozzarella into even-sized sticks, about 3-4 inches long.
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt and pepper.
  3. Dip each mozzarella stick first into the flour, then into the eggs, and finally into the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat until hot.
  5. Fry the breaded cheese sticks for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove the cheese sticks and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes
