Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 46 whole Oreo cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
  3. Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add the sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  6. Fold in the whipped cream gently to keep it airy.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set with a slightly jiggly center.
  9. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  10. Garnish with whole Oreo cookies before serving.

For best results, use room temperature cream cheese and avoid overmixing. Chill properly to enhance flavor.
