- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 4–6 whole Oreo cookies for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
- Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add the sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently to keep it airy.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until set with a slightly jiggly center.
- Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Garnish with whole Oreo cookies before serving.
Notes
For best results, use room temperature cream cheese and avoid overmixing. Chill properly to enhance flavor.
