Description
These Peel Pumpkin Patch Deviled Eggs are creamy, festive, and perfectly easy to peel. A fun fall twist on the classic appetizer!
Ingredients
6 large eggs
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp yellow mustard
1/4 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Tiny carrot sticks for stems
Parsley or chives for garnish
Instructions
1. Boil eggs for 12 minutes, then cool in an ice bath.
2. Peel eggs carefully under running water.
3. Slice in half and remove yolks.
4. Mash yolks with mayo, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper.
5. Pipe mixture back into whites.
6. Decorate with carrot stems and parsley for pumpkin look.
7. Chill before serving.
Notes
Use older eggs for easy peeling.
Add turmeric or smoked paprika for natural orange color.
