Ingredients

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp powdered sugar
2 cups white chocolate chips (melted)
Crushed graham crumbs or cinnamon for garnish
Instructions
1. Beat pumpkin purée and cream cheese until smooth.
2. Add vanilla, sugar, and spices. Mix well.
3. Stir in graham crumbs until dough forms.
4. Roll into 1-inch balls and chill for 30 minutes.
5. Dip truffles into melted white chocolate.
