Pumpkin Spice Latte Homemade: A cozy, creamy fall drink made in just 15 minutes with real pumpkin and warm spices.
Ingredients
2 tbsp pumpkin purée
1 cup milk (any type)
1 tbsp sugar or maple syrup
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice blend (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves)
1/2 cup strong coffee or 1 shot espresso
Whipped cream for topping (optional)
Instructions
1. In a small saucepan, heat pumpkin purée and pumpkin spice blend.
2. Stir in sugar or maple syrup until dissolved.
3. Add milk and whisk until steaming (do not boil).
4. Brew coffee or espresso and pour into a mug.
5. Add pumpkin milk mixture over coffee, stir gently.
6. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Notes
You can double the recipe and store the pumpkin base in the fridge for up to 3 days.
For a vegan version, use almond, oat, or coconut milk.
