1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced

1 tsp chili flakes

1 tbsp oil for cooking

Instructions

1. Wash and dry the bok choy thoroughly.

2. Whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, honey, and chili flakes.

3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high.

4. Place bok choy cut-side down and sear 2–3 minutes.

5. Flip bok choy and pour sauce over it.

6. Cook another 2–3 minutes until tender-crisp.
