Description

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef or turkey

1 egg

1/3 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup cranberry sauce

1/4 cup ketchup

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix ground meat, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

2. Shape into small meatballs.

3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown meatballs on all sides.

4. In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Stir and heat until smooth.

5. Add browned meatballs to sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.

6. Serve warm, garnished with parsley.

Notes

For a spicy version, add chili flakes or hot sauce.
