Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, chopped basil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets skin-side down.
- Apply the lemon basil mixture generously over each fillet.
