Instructions
- Boil water in a medium pot with 2 cups.
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, usually 3-5 minutes.
- Scramble the egg in a separate pan over medium heat until fully cooked, about 1-2 minutes.
- Drain the noodles and return them to the pot.
- Add the slice of cheese and soy sauce, stirring until the cheese melts.
