  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg, room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
  3. Cream the softened butter, creamy peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  5. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  6. Combine the dry mixture into the wet mixture until just combined.
  7. Fold in the chopped Reese’s and chocolate chips carefully.
  8. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough for each cookie, placing them 2 inches apart on the sheets.
  9. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until edges are set and centers are slightly soft.
  10. Cool the cookies on the sheets for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
