- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
- Cream the softened butter, creamy peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Combine the dry mixture into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped Reese’s and chocolate chips carefully.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough for each cookie, placing them 2 inches apart on the sheets.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until edges are set and centers are slightly soft.
- Cool the cookies on the sheets for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For a richer flavor, serve warm with a glass of cold milk or vanilla ice cream. Can be stored in an airtight container for up to one week.
