Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Rinse and dry pumpkin seeds thoroughly.
3. Toss seeds with olive oil and seasonings.
4. Spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
5. Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway.
6. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store roasted pumpkin seeds in an airtight jar for up to 2 weeks.
Re-crisp by reheating in the oven for 5 minutes.
