Ingredients
4 bone-in chicken thighs
1 cup apple cider
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tbsp honey
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
2. Whisk together apple cider, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, rosemary, honey, salt, and pepper.
3. Marinate chicken for 15–30 minutes.
4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
5. Sear chicken in a skillet until golden on both sides.
6. Transfer to baking dish, pour marinade over.
7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
8. Rest chicken for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can marinate the chicken overnight for a deeper flavor.
