Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grease the muffin tin with cooking spray or olive oil.
  3. Mix the flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
  4. Prepare the wet ingredients by whisking the milk, olive oil, and egg together.
  5. Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients and stir gently.
  6. Add in the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and black pepper.
  7. Fill the muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Cool the muffins in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
