Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grease the muffin tin with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Mix the flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
- Prepare the wet ingredients by whisking the milk, olive oil, and egg together.
- Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients and stir gently.
- Add in the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and black pepper.
- Fill the muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool the muffins in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
