Instructions
- Prepare the vegetables by washing and slicing zucchinis and cleaning mushrooms.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet until it shimmers.
- Sauté the minced garlic for about a minute until fragrant.
- Cook the zucchini for about five minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and soy sauce, cooking for another five minutes.
- Serve the dish warm, optionally garnished with fresh herbs or cheese.
