Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until bubbly and fragrant.
  2. Add the halved or quartered mushrooms and stir occasionally for 8 to 10 minutes until softened and golden brown.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until aromatic.
  4. Pour in the Worcestershire sauce and beef broth, scraping the bottom of the skillet to enhance flavor.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper, allowing to simmer for 2 to 3 minutes to thicken the sauce.
  6. Finish by stirring in fresh parsley and serve hot.
