Seafood Pasta with shrimp, mussels, and scallops tossed in garlic, olive oil, and fresh parsley for a comforting yet elegant meal.
Ingredients
200g spaghetti or linguine
200g shrimp, peeled & deveined
150g mussels, cleaned
100g scallops
3 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Cook pasta until al dente and reserve pasta water.
2. Heat olive oil, sauté garlic and onion.
3. Add shrimp, mussels, and scallops, cook until done.
4. Toss pasta with seafood, pasta water, and lemon juice.
5. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Tip: Always reserve pasta water for silky sauce.
Seafood should be cooked quickly to avoid toughness.
