Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay the salmon fillets on the sheet pan, ensuring they are spaced evenly.
- Pour the honey mustard glaze over the salmon fillets.
- Arrange vegetables around the salmon if using.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve the salmon immediately with roasted vegetables.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the salmon marinate in the glaze for 30 minutes. Can be adapted for air fryer.
