  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Lay the salmon fillets on the sheet pan, ensuring they are spaced evenly.
  5. Pour the honey mustard glaze over the salmon fillets.
  6. Arrange vegetables around the salmon if using.
  7. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Serve the salmon immediately with roasted vegetables.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the salmon marinate in the glaze for 30 minutes. Can be adapted for air fryer.
