- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Sauté the garlic in olive oil over medium heat for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Cook the shrimp in the skillet for 3-4 minutes until pink and cooked through.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.
- Prepare the sauce by adding heavy cream, chopped basil, salt, and pepper; let it simmer until slightly thickened.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and shrimp mixture, adding pasta water if needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
