- 1 tbsp cornstarch (for thickening)

Instructions
- Prepare the steak by thinly slicing 1 pound of flank or sirloin steak. Freeze it for 30 minutes for easier cutting.
- Slice the bell peppers and onion into thin strips.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Cook the steak in a single layer for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, stirring into the steak and cooking for another 3 minutes.
- Make the sauce by mixing 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup beef broth, and 1 tablespoon cornstarch in a bowl.
- Combine everything by pouring the sauce over the meat and vegetables, stirring together and cooking until the sauce thickens (approximately 2-3 minutes).
Notes
For a deeper flavor, marinate the beef before cooking. Adjust spice levels according to preference.
