Ingredients
4 chicken thighs or breasts
1 cup fresh cranberries
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tbsp orange zest
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp thyme or rosemary
Instructions
1. Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken until golden on both sides.
3. Add cranberries, orange juice, zest, garlic, and honey to skillet.
4. Simmer until sauce thickens and chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature.
5. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a spicier version, add cayenne pepper.
