Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by placing the thighs or breasts into your slow cooker.
  2. Mix the sauce by combining the creamy peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, red pepper flakes, and chicken broth in a separate bowl until smooth.
