- 3 medium red potatoes, diced

- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- ½ cup sliced pickles (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare the potatoes: Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Cook the potatoes: Place them in the air fryer basket and cook for 16 to 18 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Caramelize the onions: Heat olive oil in a skillet, add onions, and sauté for 10 to 15 minutes until soft and caramelized.
- Cook the ground beef: Increase skillet heat to medium-high, smash beef down, and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes or until browned.
- Make the sauce: Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, and Cajun seasoning in a bowl.
- Assemble the bowls: Layer crispy potatoes, ground beef, caramelized onions, and shredded cheese.
- Finish with sauce and optional toppings like pickles and lettuce.
