Description

Ingredients

  • 3 medium red potatoes, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup onions, caramelized
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • ½ cup sliced pickles (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the potatoes: Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  3. Cook the potatoes: Place them in the air fryer basket and cook for 16 to 18 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. Caramelize the onions: Heat olive oil in a skillet, add onions, and sauté for 10 to 15 minutes until soft and caramelized.
  5. Cook the ground beef: Increase skillet heat to medium-high, smash beef down, and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes or until browned.
  6. Make the sauce: Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, and Cajun seasoning in a bowl.
  7. Assemble the bowls: Layer crispy potatoes, ground beef, caramelized onions, and shredded cheese.
  8. Finish with sauce and optional toppings like pickles and lettuce.
