- 3 medium red potatoes, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1 cup onions, caramelized

- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- ½ cup sliced pickles (optional)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the potatoes by tossing diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook the potatoes in an air fryer at 400°F for 16 to 18 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Caramelize the onions in a skillet over medium heat with olive oil for about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Cook the ground beef in the same skillet over medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Prepare the sauce by whisking mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, and Cajun seasoning together in a small bowl.
- Assemble the bowls by layering crispy potatoes, cooked beef, caramelized onions, and shredded cheese.
- Add the sauce and optional toppings such as pickles and lettuce.
