A delicious twist on classic s’mores, these roll-ups combine chocolate, marshmallow, and graham crackers into a quick and easy snack.

- 1 large tortilla
- 2 tablespoons chocolate spread
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
- 2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Spread the chocolate spread evenly over the tortilla.
- Add mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers on top.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from one edge to the other.
- Prepare a skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
- Cook the roll-up seam-side down for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until both sides are crispy.
- Slice into pinwheels and serve warm.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh and warm, can be served with ice cream or chocolate sauce.
