S’mores Roll-Ups

Description

A delicious twist on classic s’mores, these roll-ups combine chocolate, marshmallow, and graham crackers into a quick and easy snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 large tortilla
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate spread
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Spread the chocolate spread evenly over the tortilla.
  2. Add mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers on top.
  3. Roll the tortilla tightly from one edge to the other.
  4. Prepare a skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
  5. Cook the roll-up seam-side down for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until both sides are crispy.
  7. Slice into pinwheels and serve warm.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh and warm, can be served with ice cream or chocolate sauce.
