Description

A zesty twist on classic deviled eggs, packed with creamy yolks and a kick of Sriracha.


Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons Sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon sugar
  • Finely chopped chives for serving
  • Paprika for serving

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs by placing them in a saucepan, covering with water, and bringing to a boil. Remove from heat and let sit covered for 10 minutes.
  2. Peel the eggs under running water, then slice them in half and remove the yolks.
  3. Mix the yolks with mayonnaise, Sriracha, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar until smooth.
  4. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
  5. Garnish with paprika and chives before serving.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
