Description

Soft and chewy Strawberry Crunch Cookies coated in a sweet strawberry crumble, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup unsalted butter

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.

3. Mix in egg and vanilla.

4. Whisk dry ingredients separately and combine with wet mixture.

5. Scoop dough and roll in crushed strawberries.

6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set.

7. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Do not overbake for best texture.

Cookies soften more as they cool.
