- 2 cups boiling water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the pretzel crust: In a bowl, combine pretzels, melted butter, and sugar.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes until slightly browned; cool completely.
- Mix the cream cheese filling: Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in whipped topping.

- Prepare the strawberry layer: Dissolve Jello in boiling water and let cool slightly.
- Add the strawberries to the cooled Jello mixture.
- Finish the salad by pouring the Jello and strawberry mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until fully set.
- Serve chilled, cut into squares.
