Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix well.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and strawberry Jello mix in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool before serving.
- Optionally, serve with whipped cream.
