  • 1 cup strawberry Jello mix
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • Whipped cream for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and strawberry Jello mix in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped strawberries.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Let cool before serving.
  10. Optionally, serve with whipped cream.
