Ingredients
1 sheet vanilla sponge cake
½ cup whipped cream
2 tbsp sweetened cream cheese
1 cup diced strawberries
1 tsp honey (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Powdered sugar for garnish
Instructions
1. Flatten the sponge cake into a flexible sheet.
2. Spread whipped cream and cream cheese mixture evenly.
3. Top with diced strawberries.
4. Roll tightly into a log using parchment paper.
5. Chill for 30 minutes.
6. Slice into 1-inch sushi rolls.
7. Dust with powdered sugar and serve chilled.
Notes
