Description

Delicious stuffed bagels filled with cream cheese, smoked salmon, and toppings for a hearty snack or meal.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup smoked salmon

  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • Fresh dill, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice each bagel in half horizontally.
  2. Mix the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spread a generous layer of cream cheese on the cut side of each bagel half.
  4. Add toppings of smoked salmon, capers, and red onion.
  5. Garnish with fresh dill.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for later.
