Ingredients
1 medium cauliflower head, cut into florets
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a tray with parchment paper.
2. Wash, dry, and cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
3. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, and spices.
4. Toss cauliflower in glaze until fully coated.
5. Spread florets evenly on the tray.
6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.
7. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra heat, add sriracha or cayenne.
Make it vegan by using maple syrup instead of honey.
Serve with a tangy yogurt dip or tahini sauce.
