Ingredients

3 lbs sweet potatoes
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Boil sweet potatoes until fork-tender and drain well.
2. Mash sweet potatoes until smooth.
3. Mix in butter, milk, sugar, eggs, and spices.
4. Spread mixture into a greased casserole dish.
5. Bake at 375°F for 30–35 minutes until set and lightly golden.
Notes
For a lighter version, reduce sugar and use milk alternatives.
Can be made one day ahead and baked before serving.
