Description
Thanksgiving Piecaken combines classic pies and cake into one festive dessert centerpiece—perfect for holidays and gatherings.
Ingredients
3 pre-baked pies (pumpkin, apple, or pecan)
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup butter (softened)
4 large eggs
1 cup milk
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon + nutmeg
Nonstick spray
Parchment paper
Whipped cream or frosting
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Line and grease cake pans.
3. Place one pie in each pan.
4. Cover pies with cake batter.
5. Bake 45–50 minutes until golden.
6. Cool completely.
7. Stack layers using frosting.
8. Decorate and serve.
Notes
Use cream cheese frosting for best stability.
Refrigerate leftovers up to 3 days.
Freeze slices for up to 1 month.
