Festive Turkey Cupcakes decorated with candy corn and chocolate—perfect for Thanksgiving!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Buttercream frosting
Candy corn
Mini peanut butter cups
Candy eyes
Pretzel sticks
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin.
2. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.
3. Whisk eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla in another bowl.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
5. Fill liners 2/3 full and bake for 18–20 minutes.
6. Cool completely before decorating.
7. Frost cupcakes with buttercream.
8. Decorate with candy corn, peanut butter cups, and candy eyes.
Notes
You can substitute gluten-free flour for a GF version.
Store in an airtight container up to 3 days.
Kids can help with decorating for a fun family activity.
